The Here We Grow Again Northland Children’s Consignment sale was this past week here in Kansas City. I had the following promotional display set up at the sale.
I received 29 entries for the giveaway and used an online random name picker to select the winner. Congratulations to…
and thanks to everyone for entering!
I am so excited to announce that I have partnered with my long-time photographer and friend to bring Stitched In Love clients a new discount!
Clients local to the Kansas City Metro area can now get a 10% discount on a photo session with Photography by Krista Joyce if you purchase one of my Newborn Photo Props! Krista has done all of my kids’ pictures and I have always been beyond pleased with the results!
Here are some of the props I currently have available. I will be adding a mermaid tail and a ladybug shortly, and more props in the future. I also accept custom orders if there is something you would like me to duplicate!
The finished cocoon and Santa hat are for sale on Etsy here.
The pattern for the set can be found on Ravelry here.
The pattern is now available for sale on Ravelry Here!
Crochet this adorable cocoon and beanie for your newborn’s photo shoot or Halloween costume!
Eric Carle’s Very Hungry Caterpillar is brought to life in this delightful pattern featuring the subtle color variations of the beloved children’s book through the use of variegated yarn. The impression of Caterpillar’s body segments is achieved by alternating rows of both loops and back loop only stitches.
Baby can scrunch up inside the cocoon for those adorable newborn pictures. This is only available in newborn size and will fit babies up to 10 lbs.
Pattern includes pictures, gauge, crochet and assembly instructions. Enjoy!
I would love to see pictures of your finished project! Email them to me at the address on the pattern.
I completed a project for my family to use for the picture we’re going to put on our Christmas cards. I’m waiting to get the pictures back and then I’ll order the cards. Once I mail them out I will post. I can’t wait to share this one. It was so much fun!
I’ve also been working on the kids’ Halloween costumes. I am finishing them up this week and I will post pictures of those after Friday.
Once I finish up the costumes, I need to design a new baby afghan for Kristi over at Hang Ups in KC who did my site redesign for me. She was kind enough to do it for trade in services so I want to design a very nice afghan for her niece’s baby because I really love my new logo!
Finally, I had to stop all of my projects last week for a quick sale I made on Etsy. I sold one of my Very Hungry Caterpillar Cocoon and Beanies earlier this month and the buyer wanted to have it for Halloween for their new baby. I got that made up and shipped out on Friday. I had never gotten the pattern for that ready to load to Ravelry so I am also working on that this week.
Maybe after I get all of this done I will be able to get back to the Granny Square Project!
Now available for sale on Etsy here! This super soft cocoon is perfect to snuggle your new little one for his newborn photo shoot! It is made-to-order and can be customized with an opening half the size of what is shown if desired. As shown it will fit babies to at least 10 lbs.
