Not surprisingly, I did have to frog and rework again today. I believe I’ve got it all counted up right now and the rest should hopefully work up pretty fast. I hope. The rest should just be across and then decreases.

Basically I’ve got the cotton rows about halfway done. My counting seems to be slightly off with what I wanted to do though so I’m hoping I won’t have to redo some of this tomorrow.

Progress today. I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere. The back left side is done. I’m hoping that tomorrow I’ll be able to get most of the front done.

Today I am printing up and punching out new hang tags with the new URL to replace the ones with the old site.

So the neckline is frogged now. Scary huh? I’ve got the rework written up, but looking at it, I might do just a little bit of adjustment before starting in.

I have these adorable Tooth Fair Kits available in my Etsy shop.
These kits are crazy cute! They include a 5-6″ hand crocheted “pillow” with a pocket on the back for the lost tooth/payment. It has four “roots” and is stuffed with poly fill. For crocheters, you can find the pattern here. I modified it slightly by using two strands of yarn instead of one, and crocheting an extra round on the underside once all four roots were added, before stuffing and closing up.

Also available are Lost Tooth Charts, and Tooth Fairy receipts! Pictures of these don’t do them justice because they are printed on a medium card stock and coated in a fine, shimmering fairy dust!
The chart and receipts are available in either blue or purple themes! See the Etsy listing Here!

So year before last I was short on cash and let my domain name expire. (It was stitchedinlove.com) It got swooped up and held hostage (not being used) as a premium domain for the price of like $300.00. Nope. Not going to pay that. If you’d been realistic and done like $50.00 or maybe even $100.00, I might have bit my lip and taken the hit. But that much is ridiculous. You don’t have me over the barrel that you think you do here.
So I tried biding my time, figuring it was worth a try. It was set to expire on June 1st, but of course they renewed it, and now the premium domain price is $783.00 with a minimum offering price of $509.00 required. <Insert maniacal laugh.>
So I did some brainstorming and some collaborating with my crafty friends and finally ended up wondering why I hadn’t used StitchedInLoveCrocheting.com in the fist place. The only thing that I can think of is that it’s a bit long, but it doesn’t seem too bad to me now. It’s more specific and clear what the website is with this URL anyway. I like it better than the other URL, so there!
As a result, I’ve had to go back and update my watermarks with the new address.

I got the surface crocheting and the shoulder straps removed from the neckline night. I’ve got some notes started on the rework, but the real documentation for the rework pattern starts next!
Prep work and planning always take longer than you want it to. I want to get in there and start crocheting!

Here we are again. Let’s see if I can keep up this year!
I have a lot to work on this month. But to start out, here is an infinity scarf that I just finished tonight. It’s a simple v-stitch, but instead of each row being worked in the chain-2 of the v-stitches of the previous row, they are worked in the top of the first double crochet of each v-stitch. I really like the effect and may need to do a Prayer Shawl or something else in this eventually.
At the end of July I will be going to my first Chain Link Conference with the Crochet Guild of America, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ll be doing some rework on a previous project to enter into the design competition and I’ll need to mail the entry before the end of this month, so I will be doing some serious hustling with some late nights over the next few weeks.
